Tickets will be automatically delivered to the email address you provide! Free of charge.

Please check your junk mail and spam folders, tickets can sometimes be filtered due to strict filters. Tickets are delivered via “GGH 5050<[email protected]>”. Please add this email address to your email contacts to avoid future emails landing in your junk and spam filters.

I didn’t receive my tickets, what do I do?

If you do not receive your tickets in the first 15 minutes after purchasing, please do the following:

First, please check your junk mail and spam folders, tickets can sometimes be filtered due to strict filters. Tickets are delivered via “GGH 5050” – [email protected]. Whitelist this address with your email provider.

If you check spam and still can’t find your tickets, please contact Sarah Ferguson at [email protected] or 519-837-6440 ext. 3317 with:
• Your name
• The name the tickets were purchased under
• When you purchased the tickets
• The email address the tickets should have been sent to

Are tickets refundable?

Rules of Play

Must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket.

Must be within Ontario when purchasing a ticket.

Winning ticket details will be posted at https://gghfoundation.ca/ggh5050/

Winning number is chosen by Random Number Generation.

The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital Staff and Board of Directors, as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.

All prizes must be claimed within 6 months.

Winning ticket as well as Photo ID is required to claim prize.

Tickets are 10 for $10, 40 for $25, 100 for $50, 200 for $75

Draw #1

Tickets will be sold beginning at 12:00pm on May 1st, 2023 and ending at 11:59pm on June 20, 2023.

All tickets purchased between May 1st, 2023 at or after 12:00pm and June 20, 2023 at or before 11:59pm will be entered into the grand prize draw. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prizes and the grand prize.

The draw for the early bird prize #1 will take place May 4th, 2023 at 11:00am.

  1. $1,000 cash

The draw for the early bird prize #2 will take place May 11th, 2023 at 11:00am.

  1. $300 cash

The draw for the early bird prize #3 will take place May 18th, 2023 at 11:00am.

  1. $500 cash

The draw for the early bird prize #4 will take place May 25th, 2023 at 11:00am.

  1. $500 cash

The draw for the early bird prize #5 will take place June 1st, 2023 at 11:00am.

The draw for the early bird prize # 1 will take place on August 31st, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

  1. $1,000 cash

The draw for the early bird prize # 2 will take place on September 21st, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

  1. $1,500 cash

The draw for the grand prize draw will take place on October 5th at 11:00 a.m.
